In January, 2017, my daughter and I visited Cambodia with friends of ours who run ‘REECH Cambodia’, to run some Professional Learning for teachers.
MTA very genrously donated some supplies to use in Cambodian schools and Teachers First Choice had given a discount on their ‘Swipe Write Wipe’ boards.
These had all been shipped to Phnom Penh months before we arrived.
We had done some fundraising too, so this gave us some money to buy extra supplies in Australia and then more in Phnom Penh.
It was very exciting to be able to leave the teachers with plenty of resources at the end of each day of training!
Pictured below is a stationary stall in the Russian Market in Phnm Penh, where we bought many of our supplies. No space is wasted!
